Most Google Workspace "trainings" teach you Gmail and call it a day.
This is not that.
You already know Google Workspace exists. You probably use it every day. But there is a massive difference between using it and mastering it and right now, that gap is costing you time, money, and opportunities you don't even know you're losing.
This workshop closes that gap. Completely.
Here's What's Inside the Workshop
Five hands-on modules. Real practice, not theory. By the end of the day, you'll have built the things, not just learned them.
MODULE 1: Gmail Mastery
Walk in with a messy inbox. Walk out with Gmail running automatically while you sleep.
What you'll set up live:
- 12 Gmail filters that sort your inbox automatically (clients, projects, follow-ups, newsletters, internal team, and more)
- A clean label structure that international teams expect
- 8 ready-to-use email templates (status updates, meeting follow-ups, scope discussions, time-off requests, project handovers, and more)
- Schedule send, snooze, and undo send configured
- Multiple email signatures for different contexts
- Search operators that find any email in seconds
- Delegate access for shared inboxes
- Mobile Gmail set up properly
By the end of this module, your Gmail will look 10x more professional than it does right now.
MODULE 2: Drive and Docs
Where your work lives. We'll set up the structure international teams actually use.
What you'll set up live:
In Drive:
- A folder taxonomy that scales as your work grows
- Naming conventions senior remote operators use
- Sharing permissions explained clearly (link sharing, view vs. edit, time-bound access)
- Shared drives vs. My Drive (when to use which)
- A starter pack of template folders ready to use Monday
In Docs:
- A weekly status update template (the document senior operators send every Friday)
- A meeting notes template (collaborative, async-ready)
- A project brief template
- A process documentation template (for capturing how you do work)
- Comments and Suggesting mode (the senior signal in async writing)
- Voice typing for fast first drafts
- Headings, table of contents, version history
By the end of this module, you'll have four templates you can use Monday morning.
MODULE 3: Sheets, Calendar, and Meet
The tools that handle your data, your time, and your meetings. We'll make all three work better.
What you'll set up live:
In Sheets:
- A project tracker (built live, yours to keep)
- An expense tracker for remote workers (especially useful if you're paid in foreign currency)
- 6 formulas every remote worker should know (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, basic pivot tables)
- Conditional formatting that makes data scannable
In Calendar:
- Working hours configured for international team work
- Multiple calendars for work, personal, and focus time
- Appointment scheduling links you can share with colleagues, clients, and partners
- Time zone display for working across regions
- Booking buffers and meeting prep blocks
In Meet:
- Custom virtual backgrounds set up
- Lighting and audio basics for looking professional
- Breakout rooms, screen sharing, and recording done right
By the end of this module, you'll have a project tracker, an expense tracker, a calendar set up for international work, and the Meet setup that makes you look senior on every call.
MODULE 4: Power Moves
The senior-level habits that separate "remote worker" from "senior remote operator."
What you'll learn and set up live:
- Keyboard shortcuts that save 30+ minutes every day (cheat sheet provided)
- Cross-tool integration (Calendar to Meet, Docs to Drive, Sheets in Docs)
- Mobile setup that actually works for remote work
- Offline access for unreliable internet
- Security setup (2FA, recovery, app passwords)
- Your Monday morning plan (exactly what to do in the first hour back at work to lock in the gains)
By the end of this module, you'll know how to use Google Workspace at the level senior remote operators do.
MODULE 5: Live Q&A and Wrap-Up
Open Q&A. Ask anything. We answer everything that came up during the day, walk through any questions about your specific setup, and lock in your plan for Monday morning.
WHAT YOU TAKE HOME
A shared Google Drive folder with everything we built together:
- All four Docs templates (weekly update, meeting notes, project brief, process documentation)
- The project tracker spreadsheet
- The expense tracker for remote workers
- 8 email templates ready to paste into your Gmail
- 12 Gmail filter configurations (one-click import file)
- Keyboard shortcuts cheat sheet
- A Monday morning checklist (exactly what to do in your first hour back)
- The full workshop recording (sent within 48 hours)
Everything is yours to keep. Use it Monday. Use it next year. Use it the rest of your career.
WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE WE START
We'll send a reminder 48 hours before, but here's what to have ready:
- A Google account (Gmail) ready to use
- A laptop, not just a phone (this workshop is hands-on, you need a real screen)
- 2-3 hours of email already in your inbox to practice on
- A current document you work with regularly (a project doc, a report, anything you'd want to clean up)
- A quiet space and stable internet
- A willingness to actually do the work, not just watch
WHAT WE'RE NOT COVERING (HONEST EXPECTATIONS)
To set expectations clearly, here's what's not in this workshop:
- Google Forms (low priority for remote workers)
- Google Sites (rarely used in international remote roles)
- Apps Script and advanced automation (separate workshop, more advanced)
- Admin and IT setup (not relevant to most attendees)
- Slides (a full topic on its own, deserves its own day)
We focused on the 80% of Google Workspace that gets used 80% of the time. That's what changes how you work most.

You show up live, ask your questions, and keep the recording forever.
